On the road with Thomas Merton is a film and podcast by Fred Bahnson about his journey retracing  the 1968 search of Merton, a Christian mystic,  for a new hermitage and meeting some of the monks and nuns in California and New Mexico who hosted Merton. Bahnson has his own spiritual journey as he travels in Merton’s footsteps.
